   You did your job. You took vital signs and recorded them. The nurse is mad that it was not flagged sooner. That is not your responsibility. If only we had computer technology that let nurses know of vitals out of range... I heard it exists. Move on....

   I don't care what state you're in or if you're private or public service. Overall, nurses fight for union representation. Respect it, apologize, and find another job if you don't like it (but I guarantee it will not be the same).
