   Same for me. I took this job so I could apply to this program. Second year as well. Not sure if I'll try a 3rd time since my debt to I come ratio will be lower next year. Tier 1 148% score of 17

    I just read over the guidelines and it looks like they go by debt to income ratio before the hspa score. So if you're in tier 1 they start at the highest debt to income ratio and work down the line....
