   Yes it is accurate. There are always exceptions,but after 24 hours after the exam it is most accurate.It depends on your state BON when the name will be posted on the registry. You should just do the quick results since it's been so long.

   Well float nurses with the patients that are similiar to their patient population I remember from UWORLD. You will be fine. Especially because you are almost done with the Qbank. You have already learned so much.
