I've been a nurse for many years mostly in acute care but I have worked in homecare, long term care, and the insurance industry. I enjoy blogging, reading, and writing. I have been married for over ten years and have a wonderful ten year old boy. I'm interested in moving out of nursing into IT either as a systems analyst or going into clinical informatics. I'm not sure just yet but my days being a nurse are numbered.
