Hello all! I just began my journey to becoming an RN with Excelsior College's program. I am currently a paramedic and decided that I really wanted an opportunity to increase my education, and at the same time, pursue a role in medicine in which I'll be afforded longer term access to care for my patients and do so with a different spin on things.
Does anyone who is well advanced in the Excelsior program, or who has completed it already, have any pointers for someone just beginning? Also, can anyone speak to any difficulties for male Excelsior students (I've read horror stories about being a male at the CPNE)?
Thank you and I look forward to interacting with you!
