  3. I agree with the idea of cross training across specialties. It allows you to utilize skills you probably don't use on your home unit and decrease the need to rely so heavily on travel nurses. I'm not trying to take assignments away from travel nurses...

    Someone said the start pay is 24.86 after done with residency in a year it does up 8 dollars for specialty residents.
