She is lovely of course. all though the view ppl made a joke about it which evoked some nasty neg comments, it has given opportunity for important discussion to be had.. She is a true leader and that ought to be respected re all the hard work she is ...

That's a valid point. Docs are only human and forget things/make mistakes too. At the end of the day we are all part of the same team working for the patient.
