    Yes, as of Oct 1st, in my hospital, RNs and LPNs wear royal blue, no printed tops, must be all solids. The good thing about this is I never have to figure out what to wear in the morning

    It's not so much that the color will fade, but the tubing will stiffen and eventually, it will have a permanent curve where it has been around your neck. If it doesn't bother you, it's not a problem....
