    The Department of Labor may have a better idea about the outlook of this job. I am not sure how many international nurses would be needed but it forecasts the growth of the field in the US....

    You may check with University of Texas. I am currently in the RN-BSN online program and I know there are several international students. I do not however, know their specific circumstances though....
