    Because I believed the computer is programmed to pass or fail.I don't think the 24 hrs rules is true or there is still second counting.I mean the rule is basic if you reach your level of competency...

    Personvue trick works!first take of NCLEX after 30 minutes applied for registration fee took my 200 I failed.second take after 30 mins tried registration got the good pop up!after 24 hrs tried again...
