I just e-mailed the school regarding financial aid and was told the due date for FAFSA will be January 7th. They will be sending out an e-mail with more information in the coming weeks. In case anyone else needed to know!

Congrats on your acceptance! I believe NYU has classes that enter in the Spring and Fall, is there no way to defer your enrollment until the fall? I will be applying to this program also but I am waiting to learn Columbia's decision first.

Have you considered PA school? The time investment will be very similar and you'd be graduating with a Master's as opposed to a second Bachelor's degree. Not to mention you'd be earning close to double the salary. You are definitely a great candidate...
