I currently work at a Children's Hospital and am trying to make my own job position as a CNA supervisor/lead. I work with two types of CNAs, #1 CNAs who show up, work 100% to their ability and don't stop unitl their shift is over. (They are all in RN school!) #2 CNAs who don't care anymore. They have slowed done and become lazy. They would rather be on their phone/internet then spend time with the patients.
I am hoping to get as much research on a Lead CNA position so I can make a proposition for my management team. ANY info would be greatly appreciated!
Hi, I am doing research for a Lead CNA position and am curious how many of you have such a postion where you are employed. Do you have one person who oversees the CNA? I'm interested in the job...
