   As far as acceptance --- Well, they start at the top and work their way down on index scores. Let's say you and another applicant have the same index score.. Whoever turned their app in first gets in....

   I guess either way it is torture.. If you are accepted for Fall, you submit your application before Feb then don't get notified until sometimes May.. and then you have to wait all summer to start. But...
