    The only place I have found so far that doesn't require 1-2 years of hospital experience is nursing homes.

    Thank you, Esme12. Perhaps I will try another long-term care facility. It's just that you don't get the same experience there as you can get in a hospital. And yes, I will be working toward my BSN....
