    Research all the I'd numbers you have!!!! Medicaid to icd9!!! Deserve can only bill if they have correct numbers!!! Call rhinobill they should have a record of all the numbers you used previously!!...

    Ok..... This is late, but to allohio independent providers...... all patients on both medicaid and Medicare, were "forced" on a program called My Care Ohio, where they are now assigned or "chose lol"...
