    @ddreese: don't worry about that rating sheet/score sheet because whenever you fill your application online it will auto-populate for you, and like scavila said after you are done you print that one...

    ohh boy.. my application is officially in with a score of 11.3868 cy-fair as ONLY choice, I just hope i'm not closing my doors down because of it .... @Christian: I looked in to Chamberlain as well...
