I am in MA and I was offered a position making 5k more a year than I am making at the hospital where I work 32 hrs/week (days).... With 12 weeks of vacation a year!!
What do you all think of the possibility of masters NP being phased out to require a DNP? I don't see how its possible, it seems there is such a need for NP's. I'm curious what your thoughts are...

Also the pay is roughly the same as my hospital job, where I am working 32 hours 2 12's and 1 8. Only with the school nurse I get about 8 weeks off in summer, 2 during Christmas, 1 in Feb and 1 in April, and all those Monday holiday's off!!!
