You can definitely land a job without CI references. I am definitely not using my CI as references, and I don't know anyone personal who is. But I live in an area where there are many many jobs.

Thanks for the info! I have been doing practice exams (Kaplan, NCSBN, etc.) and usually manage 65% - 70%. I have no idea what that equates to in terms of passing the NCLEX, but you made me feel a lot better. Thanks! :) And congrats on passing!
