   That is asking whether your titer results were + or -. But your doctor's office should be filling that out not you, and they should know what to put there based on your blood-work

   picked schedules.... ordered uniforms... got a couple packets of info for all the things we need to do over the summer and important dates to remember for the first semester and info on a drug calc...
