    Thanks :).. I don't have a Kaplan account, I only bought their textbook via Amazon. I used Saunders, LaCharity and NCSBN ($50/3wks ) fervently. How about trying

    I guess it takes someone who has used both to answer this question. However, I ll always suggest a new edition over an old one because nursing evolves everyday, there may be some info in the new one...
