   Have MSN. I don't think I'll have a problem finding work with my skill set. In my area in Florida, there are 300+ nursing jobs open, have 20 years in ICU, worked in dialysis and administration in LTC....

   There should be no reason for your friend to have had his license be in jeopardy. If he has anxiety/panic disorder, see a psychiatrist and get treatment, then get a letter from the doctor when ready...
