    They want hepatitis shots it's a set of 3, chicken pox vaccine or a titer test if you had pox and tb skin test two step . It should all be in paperwork when they mail it

    I have my shots other than the Tb skin test . I am waiting on the physical form which should be in the packet along with the scrub requirements and the drug and background check . Maybe we will...

    Me too! I had my application in by the 1st deadline June 15th then it was extended until July 1 st. Then it will take a few days to get it in the mail when it is mailed
