UNC has the best pay and benefits in the state. Novant has decent pay, but other benefits aren't great. i recommend UNC, CHS, Novant, Duke and then New Hanover for the top 5.

Carolina's Healthcare starts new grads at $20.12 and after 90 days you are eligible to go to $21.12 and then up to 3% raise annually on review. Shift diff is $4 nights, $3 weekends.
