    TMC is more accessible for me than Asian, but i think ill choose asian. since i dont need to pay for training there, promotion is based on performance, not experience and il just relocate if ever.

    i suggest you guys try other hospitals while waiting for TMC. its good to have an experience beforehand rather than waiting.
