   LI as well and 1:730 just me in 1-5th grade school. I do recruit 5h graders as my "nurse helpers" they make ice packs, stuff envelopes, stock supplies etc... Our HS has over 2200 students with 2 RN's...

   Hmmm, perhaps touching base with the teachers and delicately advise them about the students on the frequent flyer list; but middle school Im sure your kids are changing periods throughout the day...
