    It just means we can receive an email any time from now until Nov. 6, my friend was an alternate last year and he said he was notified a few days before the program

    Maybe for the generic ADN but for the career ladder program they said it starts Nov 5 so I guess that's why our alternate date ends Nov 6 to see if everyone shows
