    I had lap chole back in July. Went back to work two days later. I feel much better now, but do have some GI symptoms from it...at least no pain though. A coworker had hers removed over twenty years...

    YOU talk to the CNA first. If the behavior continues then you go up the chain of command. Trust me, if someone is behaving negatively, it doesn't go unnoticed. Quite often (where I work anyway)...
