    Staffing is pretty bad. Nights is a NIGHTmare, our unit is the only unit in the hospital that does 8 hour shifts and no 12s so a lot of people don't like to do that at night so every couple years...

    No one will look at you lesser! It is just a test, you know how many of the nurses that are working now have failed their tests as well...! I failed the first time too and worked my butt off for this...
