    I don't know, chronic tardiness just doesn't bother me. I guess I'm in the minority with that group. So that's why I think firing someone for it is a bit much. But if it is affecting group morale...

    Depends where you work. Some states as soon as you get your RN license your previous (LVN) license is inactive. Other states, like here in Texas, both are active as long as you pay to keep them...
