    Yeah, becoming a CNL isn't necessarily for the floor but it's to push you towards becoming an NP or DNP. Eventually, I want to become a psych NP so I would highly recommend this

    I know my teachers at GU were on the floor as CNLs. Out there, the pay didn't make much difference but when I told them I was going back home to work they were like yeah that's where the money
