I just got an email for my interview time. March 4th at 10 am. What day and time will everyone else be interviewing? Time to book a hotel for the night of the 3rd since it's just a short 4 hour drive from Tulsa to Little Rock.

WHAT?!?!?! The application period isn't even finished yet. Are you in Oklahoma? When did they say interviews would be?

Interview is mostly a get to know you behavioral type of interview. The two times I have interview has been very pleasant. They want to see how genuine you are and I'd you fit into the program. Good luck to everyone that has interviews coming up.

Ask lots of questions. Listen to any advice the CRNA gives you, they once were in your spot. Thank them for letting you shadow them.

They are still sending out interview invites. I just got an interview invite.

If I get accepted and they say take Organic Chemistry over the summer then I will take it (if that will be a condition for a spot in the program).

I'm applying without it. I emailed and was told they would consider people without it.

Someone posted it earlier in the thread. I'm guessing from one of the information sessions but I'm not sure.

Application is finally completed (had to wait for references to be completed), now the wait till March 1st begins.

Exactly. This is my 2nd year and I've made it futher this year than last. 1 interview last year, multiple interviews and 1 waitlisted so far this year.

My GPA from my first was a 2.25 so I had a lot of ground to make up. I'm not giving up hope. I would love to interview at UAMS but I would also love to stay in Oklahoma now that Tulsa's program is up and running.

Same here. My only blemish is my overall GPA at a 3.18 but my science GPA makes up for it at 3.79. Last 60 hrs is around 3.65.

Anyone else hear anything? I wonder if they are reviewing applications in order of submission and then inviting people to interview as they go.

All I was doing was quoting the cost breakdown of the tuition.

Thanks for posting. I hadn't seen this go up on their website yet but knew that tuition would be over $100K. The University of Tulsa does have a great reputation for graduate school.

I think new programs are only allowed so many spots starting out. I know Tulsa's new program will only have 15. Others choose to have low number of spots to better fit their program such as Gonzaga which only admits 12 a year. It also depends on the ...

Just nail your interview and you'll be fine.

So looking at about 86K for in state and 123K for out of state. Sounds about par for the course for a state institution.
