    @silverdragon is right. You're still eligible but you need the ATT from NYSED. You can contact them thru [email protected] for specific instructions.

    It could mean anything but it's not an indicator whether you passed or failed. They are just reviewing if you violated any pre-test or post-test rules when you took your exam. Stay positive!
