   golferguync, I too applied for the RIBN for the fall semester the day it opened at like 9:00 am. I applied last year but did not get in. I wish they took more than just 10

   I'm not sure because if you go off of what the department head said then you go when orientation is but if you go off of what the point count advisor said then you have to wait until classes
