   I just wasn't trying to push it. I mean, there are literally hundreds of us that want a position. I'm ok with sacrificing some time and money if it means I will have one of my dream jobs. Good luck!

   It sounds like they are not doing over the phone screenings. I will be traveling about 600 miles for my prescreening.

   I just got a phone call from her earlier today too. She is calling to schedule you to come in for a prescreening with unit managers within the next week-ish.

    Ouch....those facts hurt. Don't mind the high number of applicants, just discouraging that internal candidates are the primary focus. Still waiting to hear something from them.

    I applied for NICU also, so did my friend. Looks like it just might be a department thing....I'm sure NICU got a lot of requests!

    Still no email or status change for me. For those of you who have heard (and those who haven't), what units did you apply for? Maybe certain units are taking longer than others if that's how they do it...? Trying to stay hopeful!
