   I was interviewed with the NICU on Monday and on Wednesday I received an email to submit 5 references. Did this happen with all the other people who had interviews?

   Mine is May 20th. Apparently NICU is one of the last units to interview. I'm so nervous and excited. I just want this so bad and have been doing everything possible to work there. Radys is a phenomenal place to work. Best of luck to us! :)

    Yeah anything under 2 pages...seems like hem/onc was the first unit to setup interviews because their dept manager is going on vacation soon...also got word that my friend who is an internal had a call to setup a med/surg interview yesterday. Hopeful...
