Back to school at 31! As a young (17, dumb) college student an advisor told me that I "shouldn't" take pre-nursing, even though thats what I wanted. She said the program was "very hard to get into" and I "probably" wouldn't make it. I got my degree in accounting and was a successful financial advisor for 10 years - Until I realized you can't really be successful unless your fulfilling your dreams - I resigned from my AVP position and applied to Nursing School. Better late then never!
