   The entry level admin job would be great. If possible I would get a job in the health care especially if u don't have any volunteer hours or direct patient care experience... But honestly, it depend...

   Here in California, I know they plan to end all ADN programs... Don't base ur decision on the pay difference.. I would say go BSN because I believe one day BSN will be required
