whether you were spoon fed, or learned it independently the end result is the same: you know it, and that's what counts. everyone learns differently

you can call it spoon feeding but it really helps. the professors who spoon fed me helped me pass..i was able to learn the material and move on

I honestly don't see how some are doing it. I presume that the ones who can handle the extra course load must already be familiar with the material from previous healthcare or personal experience..that's the only way.

I feel the same way about nursing school, it's not really designed to suit all learning styles, its only ideal for ppl who are really great at cramming. which I am not.
