    wrong...pain is "subjective", it's whatever the patient says it is...and if we don't treat pain...we are NEGLEGENT!!! look up law suits regarding undertreatment of pain complaints....$$$$$$$$$

    we had an older LPN that when giving report would call nasal cannula "nasal CANNULAR"... I saw a nurse give a patient a pill to swallow, and didn't disconnect the suction from the wall...it got sucked...
