    dont give up, get a good book and restart your learning as other people have said you may be getting everything mixed up and confusion. do not rush and go through each and every topic to build up...

    It depends what state you are in CA you can repeat as many times as you need to the other states im not sure about. You could call them and they will let you know. good

    yes as soon as you receive your fail package u can re-apply and send in your fees, it may take them a while to get the ball rolling again. I registered as soon as i could to get it all out of the way...
