cara vander wiel has 27 years experience and specializes in ICU, Critical Care, Home Care.

Started Nursing in 1974 in PCU and went on to work in ICU for 15 years. I took a break and worked on Broadway in NYC as a wardrobe person and then went back to nursing in the home care field, eventually becoming a Clinical Manager, a Director of Clinical Education and Training, and a Director of Patient Services. I am currently now living in North Carolina and ending a year long hiatus from work.
