About kentnurse97

kentnurse97 has 19 years experience and specializes in Medical Surgical and step down units.

Graduated from Kent State University School of Nursing in 1997. I am also a Certified Medical Surgical Nurse. I have worked at Cleveland Clinic, Providence Hospital, Richland Memorial Hospital, a Dialysis Clinic, been a prison Nurse in a Psychiatric Hospital and now work at the VA hospital where I feel very at home in my profession. I enjoy caring for the Veterans and giving back to my country in this way. I am constantly learning, growing and developing as a Nurse and encourage all new nurses and students to set their own standards high, then to continually raise their personal standards. Those around us cannot lower our personal standards, only we can and I choose not to allow that.
