    I would suspect a little bit after the 25th to allow for postmark dates. They may also make phone calls to people who don't reply by the deadline just to make sure. That would still put notifications...

    I would expect to see movement on the UP waitlist once OHSU mails out their decision letters. Some folks may bail at that time. Good
