    thanks a million merlyn, i'm going to try every natural way to see if i can relax but i will go to my doctor to prescribe me an anti anxiety med just in case none of the natural therapies work. thanks...

    i took my nclex test and i did study very hard, i was confident i was going to pass when i get to the testing center my heart starting pounding like it was going to stop. i could not concentrate...
