  1. I've decided to accept admission to PITT! Looking forward to meeting all of you this Spring. Is there a facebook group started already?
  2. Got a call today about this! It’s full time status with one provision of a statistics course! the only other thing they told is that during my first twelves credits I have to keep a 3.0 which is something they require all of their anesthesia students anyways. Weighing my options but excited non the less!
  3. Thanks for clarification! Gonna pass on this then. Maybe they will offer it to someone else then.
  4. Okay my email was not exactly the same. Mine has the provisional graduate student clause in it. Congratulations! I am pleased to inform you that your application to the DNP (Doctor of Nursing Practice) Nurse Anesthesia Major has received favorable action. You may begin your studies on a part-time basis with provisional graduate status, changing to full-time in the Spring Term, 2023. my provision is 12 credit hours. The way it’s worded I would have to take a full 12 hours this fall in order to be full time next Spring. At least that is my interpretation. guess I’ll be calling tomorrow to find out the details I just don’t think I have the time to stop everything I’m doing to take a full load right this moment. Might have been easier if this was conveyed sooner.
  5. This is the exact email I received and is totally different than what I expected or what was conveyed to us during our interviews. Plus others stated they were called for part time status vs the people who just received this communication. I’ll probably will tech out for clarification too. did anyone that accepted part time status receive this email after their phone call?
  6. “You may begin your studies on a part-time basis with provisional graduate status, changing to full-time in the Spring Term, 2023” ”A student admitted with Provisional Status must achieve and maintain a Quality Point Average (QPA) of 3.0 or above in courses required for the degree in order to be eligible for Full Graduate status by the completion of twelve credits, the equivalent of one full term.” did anyone else get this? this doesn’t seem like the original part time status they were talking about. Just confused. I got accepted into another program full time so probably not willing to risk that for this.
  7. Question, I just got an email (No phonecall) with an offer for part time provisional status. Is this what other people with part time offers saw as well?
  8. Well since it seems like they are calling for part time I’m going To assume it’s a no go. I did get accepted into another program so I am really excited about that. I want to wish everyone good luck with their journey.
  9. I imagine this would mean they have filled their full time slots. Why would they start offering part time slots if the full time isn’t complete. Thoughts?
  10. Just two today with no other communication. Interesting……..
  11. I’m actually shocked that we are this far into July and have not received communication. I want to believe that there must be some unique outlying reason for this. Every day that passes makes it tougher for people who need to relocate. It is also interesting that a couple people got selected earlier this week and that was that.
  12. Got waitlisted but not accepting it due to getting an acceptance into another program. Good luck to everyone!
  13. Hopefully it will be short wait after the last interviews!
  14. I got my rejection with alternate status. Did others receive the same or just rejection?
