   I don't think they are mandatory. Most people use them so they don't hear everyone coming and going etc. There is another set of headphones for audio. Good

   I had an iPhone app called 'NCLEX QB' which was quite good. Then I used the CD that came with Saunders and NCLEX

   I don't think anyone ever feels ready for the dreaded NCLEX. It's entirely upto you if you want to reschedule, however, if you are still gonna feel the same in a few weeks - you should just go ahead...

   I wouldn't recommend just using Saunders. The questions are easier than the NCLEX and the book really lack priority/delegation questions. It's good for content
