   In Louisiana there is no laundry list that limits SOP. The policy at the facility you're working in governs your SOP. For NCLEX purposes there are no IV therapy questions bc NCLEX is the same in all 50 states.

   One of my instructors is on the state board of practical nursing examiners and said that the NCLEX is universal so you will only get questions on it that universal LPN questions. She said IV questions are not on it. In my program we are IV certified...
