    I know for CRNA you NEED at least 1 year critical care experience...and rightfully so...you need to know about the vents and invasive hemodynamic monitoring (CVP, A-lines, PA lines) and critical care...

    Yea pay in NH sucks too. I was at a boston hospital for 3 years, making 36/37$ per hour on nights...now i'm on nights in NH and make 28 bucks in the ICU. In MA with union hospitals with 25 years...
