    I would call and ask. If this year isn't the year, they will let you know why and how to make next year the year:). Use my situation as inspiration. It took me a few years, but everything worked...

    I think they send a letter, but I was told I could call or email after a certain date... I know the letter takes about a week or two after they make a decision. Each week they meet to accept...
