    wew congrats RN..i also didn't use decision tree..coz i know that i have my own strategy in doing it..ABC really helps but in my exam last FEB .. i can't apply ABC lol.. coz all of it are diff. kinds...

    b is the correct ans.because it provides safety not only to the patient but also to the nurse... a. it is a do nothing move... if you will just stay there without doing nothing you will also harm...

    good that's very good... i advice that a week before your exam. try answering 100-200 questions so that when you sit there in your nclex ,your body had got used to it and the stress is less.... few...

    i am afraid to lie with the boards ... if you will ask me i'll just say i took it but you didn't pass ..you don't need to say how many times...i know that they have connection with PRC coz' in my case...

    Congrats.. i took mine last feb 18 and got my computer shut off at 75th question,,i had 10 satas,, 2 drag and drop..15 meds..2 exhibits..some infection control..delegation and 80% priority questions...

    best reason is to say that you took the exam yet you failed (you don't need to elaborate that you took it twice and failed.. i think that would be better..then wait for their response in that letter...

    im also a graduate from the phil bro.. an immigrant here in hawaii just last dec 2011... what i know is you need to pass the local boards (our exam in the Philippines ) for you to be allowed by Cali...

    we have same case kitkat26... i just finished my CES but HAWAII BON didnt give me authorization to test bec i dont bhave SSN... what did you do to acquire the ATT or authrzation to test..thank you...
